Birthday & Special Occassion Lunch Reservations

We are excited to welcome you to Cherokee Classical Academy for a birthday lunch with your child. We know this is a special part of your child’s day and we cannot wait to welcome you in.

We would love to have you more often, but with so many birthdays each month, limited cafeteria seating and a purposeful focus on safety, we have to limit lunch visits to birthdays first, and special occasions secondarily.

Directions:

1. Click on your student’s grade level to book a lunch appointment. 

2. Select a date, click on an available time, and fill out the booking information that is required. 

3. You will receive an email confirmation once you have booked the time and a reminder confirmation the day before lunch will be given. 

4. Please show up just before lunchtime on the date you booked. You will need to sign in at the front office before being permitted to the cafeteria. The teacher will walk with you to and from the cafeteria.

Please note:

1. This is a new attempt to automate this process for everyone. Please be patient while we work through any issues.

2. Please plan to arrive for your child’s lunch time slot. The 5 minute time difference you see when you book the reservation does not matter. You may ignore that portion.

3. All visitors must have their ID available for our office staff to check in for lunch. 

   You will receive an email confirmation regarding the lunch visit has been approved and a reminder email before the date of the lunch. 

   Please show up at the student’s scheduled lunchtime and date. This should match the time you have booked.  You will need to sign in at the front office with a valid I.D.
